1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By opting into our SMS program, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not submit the opt-in form.

2. SMS PROGRAM OVERVIEW

T. Thompson offers voluntary SMS text messaging to provide updates about:
- Photography exhibitions and showings
- New work and print releases
- Commission and project opportunities
- Occasional special offers and announcements

3. CONSENT & OPT-IN

Important: Your phone number and communication preferences are separate decisions.

You must affirmatively consent to receive SMS messages. Consent is NOT:
- Required to use our website
- Bundled with other forms or signups
- A condition of purchasing prints or services

You may opt into one or both of these programs:
A) Marketing Messages – Exhibition updates, new releases, and special offers
B) Commission Updates – Direct messages about commission inquiries and projects

4. MESSAGE FREQUENCY & RATES

Message Frequency: You will receive approximately 2-4 text messages per month. Frequency may vary based on exhibition schedule and program activity.

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your wireless carrier and service plan. T. Thompson is not responsible for carrier charges.

5. STOP & HELP INSTRUCTIONS

STOP: Text STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all messages.
- You will receive a confirmation that you've been unsubscribed
- You will no longer receive messages from T. Thompson SMS program
- Unsubscribe requests are processed within 48 hours

HELP: Text HELP at any time for customer support information.
- You will receive a message with contact information
- This does not unsubscribe you from messages

6. OPT-OUT & UNSUBSCRIBE

You may unsubscribe by:
- Texting STOP
- Replying STOP to any message
- Updating your preferences on our website
- Emailing us at info

Upon unsubscribe, you will no longer receive promotional messages. We may still send transactional messages if you have an active commission or service request.

7. SHARED RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for:
- Providing an accurate, current phone number
- Informing us if your phone number changes
- Notifying us if someone else has access to your phone
- Updating your contact information

T. Thompson is responsible for:
- Honoring STOP and HELP requests
- Protecting your phone number
- Complying with applicable laws
- Not sharing your number with third parties

8. NO THIRD-PARTY SHARING

Your phone number will NOT be shared, sold, or rented to third parties. It is used solely by T. Thompson for the SMS program you have opted into.

9. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

SMS delivery is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we work with major carriers, we cannot guarantee delivery of every message due to network, device, or carrier issues. T. Thompson is not liable for:
- Delayed or undelivered messages
- Carrier service interruptions
- Device-related failures

10. MESSAGE CONTENT

T. Thompson reserves the right to:
- Modify message content or format
- Adjust message frequency based on program activity
- Suspend or terminate the SMS program with 30 days' notice

11. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:
- Use the SMS program for unlawful purposes
- Harass or abuse T. Thompson staff or other users
- Interfere with service delivery

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from this SMS program will be handled in accordance with applicable Illinois law.

13. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

T. Thompson may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued participation in the SMS program constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
